US Southwest’s® Builder, Ray Jackson started the initial contracting company that eventually grew into the Ixtapa Group. After being joined by 2 associates in this initial company, they successively purchased and joint ventured a number of properties, as Partners, that were actively developed by the Ixtapa Group. As Principals in the Ixtapa Group, they developed over 150 condominium units in Lake Havasu City and almost 1,000 lots in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area. Ray is currently the General Manager of US Southwest® Associations/Affiliations. Ray W. Jackson III is a Manager of US Southwest®. Ray has been the qualifying party or held a contracting license in Arizona since 1973. Ray was a General Partner and/or Principal in various partnerships for the developments of: Tierra Del Rio, Posada Del Rio, Rio Del Sol, Arroyo Vista Estates, and El Camino Village, in Lake Havasu City, Bullhead CIty and Fort Mohave. Ray served as Mohave County, Planning and Zoning Commissioner for 9 years. Ray is currently the Manager of US Southwest and head of the Marketing Arm of US Southwest.
