Mark Clark is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona and Director of Development Services for US Southwest. He served as the Operations Manager for the Western Region of Arizona American Water (2002-2004), the General Manager of Citizens Water Resources Mohave Operations (2000-2002), and Manager of Operations Services for Citizens Water Resources (1998-2000). Prior to that Mark worked for NiSource for over 16 years in various managerial positions. He has over twenty-five years of experience in utility management and over fifteen years working on land development projects.
Mark is a licensed Arizona Water Treatment, Water Distribution, Wastewater Treatment and Wastewater Collection Operator. He received his MBA from Indiana University and is a Certified Cash Manager.
He is presently Vice Chairman of the Mohave County Water Authority, Vice President of the Mohave County Industrial Development Authority, Board and Executive Committee member of the Agribusiness and Water Council of Arizona, Board and Real Estate Committee member of the Mohave County Airport Authority, member of the Bullhead City Water Advisory Committee, National Water Resources Association, Colorado River Water Users Association, Arizona Water Association, Bullhead City Vice Mayor, Tri-City Council member and participant in the Arizona Governor’s Groundwater and Colorado River Workgroups and also participates with local, regional, state, tribal and federal agencies on various issues.
