William Walsh

Bill Walsh was born on the south shore of Long Island, New York and spent his childhood playing youth sports and fishing the waters of the Great South Bay. After relocating to Vero Beach, Florida when he was fifteen, Bill spent his High School years at the beach, fishing the Indian River Lagoon Atlantic Ocean, and enjoying the small town atmosphere the town had to offer.

After graduating from high school, Bill joined the ranks of the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office and began a twenty eight year career in the field, eventually working his way to the rank of sergeant. Bill enjoyed the community aspect of the work the most, and built a network of local business owners, citizens, tradesmen. During this time he also served as a writer and developer of the statewide training curriculum under the direction of the governors office. Bill went on to serve as an adjunct faculty member of the Indian River State College and trained hundreds of cadets in their respective fields. He also served as a member instructor of the local citizen’s academy which taught the inner working of the Sheriff’s Office to members of the public.

After retiring, Bill made his way to Arizona and worked for a time for the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Wanting a change of scenery, Bill moved to Bullhead City and completed the
State and National standards courses in order to become a REALTOR. Course related studies including Green Building, Contract Preparation, Liability Reduction, Agency Recognition, and Ethical Conduct have increased Bill’s ability to serve all of his clients in the most diligent way possible.

While working closely with other local professionals, Bill has developed a network that allows him to put clients in touch with the service professionals they need before, during, and after the transaction.

Building upon his sense of community that has seen him coach youth sports, volunteer during the holidays to serve meals to unfortunate citizens, and head a substance abuse program,
among other service oriented activities, Bill truly believes that we can ALL specialize in building our community.
