Bob Neitzke grew up in southern California and worked in various states such as Idaho, Utah and decided to move to Arizona for a better quality of life. Bob has been in customer service field for over 30 years including being a retired police officer. Bob has spent the last 20 years as director of fixed operations for large dealer groups receiving top awards such as President award,5 years Customer service advisory board for top 50 dealers in the US, Chairmans customer service award, president of parts and service club, Northern California 20 group for fixed operations.
